Attention Allergy Injection Patients: For your safety, you MUST have your allergy injection sign-in card with you in order to receive your allergy injections. Bypassing the safety protocols places you and other patients at risk for receiving the wrong injection. You will be charged $10.00 for a replacement card after 2 cards have been issued.

Injection hours are CANCELED in MEADVILLE on 1/15/26 due to the weather, and are rescheduled for Thursday, 1/22/26 from 12-4 PM. Additionally GREENVILLE injections for 1/22/26 are rescheduled to Fri 1/23/26. Thank you!
